Post-Closing Checklist
- FPL -Buyer should have already switched service starting on the closing date
- Water - Closing attorney or Title Company will send the Settlement Statement to Collier Water Utility
- Cable / Internet - Turn off any upgraded services or accounts in addition to what the HOA provides
- Homestead Portability - Your homestead exemption is portable for up to 3 years in the state of Florida
